Mango Lassi Homemade Popsicles


Who else craves ice cream all summer long? I most certainly do but know I shouldn’t be having it daily. So, I enjoy taking my favourite sweet treats and making them healthier.

This mango lassi popsicle is as delicious as it is nutritious. They are loaded with vitamin C, fibre and protein.


  • 1 ripe mango
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (use vanilla if you want something sweeter)
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds


  1. Cut mango into small pieces and blend together in blender or food processor. You want a pureed consistency.
  2. In a bowl mix together mango puree and chia seeds.
  3. In a separate bowl mix together Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Pour into popsicle mold and pour mango mixture over top.
  4. Freeze for 4-5 hours and enjoy!

Option: Substitute Greek yogurt for plain kefir (to give your gut some extra love) OR coconut milk (the full fat, canned kind if you can’t have dairy).
